I love the guests ok this podcast , so many amazing books and authors to discover !
Sometimes the editing is a little abrupt , like the sentence is not quite finished before the next sentence is started .
I love how Nikki’s podcast ranges so far and wide to present all sorts of perspectives on all sorts of issues, from literary to pop culture and with equal love and enthusiasm. Accessible, informative and enriching.
This was a fascinating interview. Given the richness and depth of the illustrations in this recent edition of Northern Lights, Chris’ work-rate must have been incredible in the time scale set. Nikki frames questions precisely so that we can engage in depth with his technical skill as an engraver and illustrator. The detailed discussion has enhanced the exploration of this beautiful text. Thank you.
