  • Please come back soon!

My sister recommended this as I’m a voracious reader and I’m always hitting reading slumps because I read fast and can’t decide what to read next. I’m currently catching up on all of the recommendations. I’m hoping it’s back before I finish! Great recommendations, even if you don’t like the book, they’re still worth reading

  • Favourite book ramble

Come for the books, stay for the chats.

Without a doubt my favourite book podcast featuring an extensive range of books and topics.

My one complaint is so many books are mentioned that I don’t have enough time or money for them all. Sort that out (JK, I love the recommendations)

  • Needs work

If you like the bit in adverts where they read out the terms and conditions like a coke addled auctioneer, this might appeal. It could be quite good, but the high speed, competitive shouting and everyone talking together bits need a bit of work.

  • Funny and insightful

I love how they disagree with each other, with curiosity about their different experiences and opinions. Their conversations together and with guests give insight into the minds of authors, and inspiration to read and think about books I wouldn’t otherwise have picked up. Like having clever friends available to talk whenever i want, like a book club without having to leave the house 😂
