I have just listened to the interview with Joe. My first thought was how informal and relaxed the format is, as if you are having a chat over a coffee. I also found Joe very eloquent and engaging. The questions thought provoking and well posed, with the small insight into a professional but also a very personal world captivating. The duration is just enough to allow the conversation to stray into unexpected areas but still leaving you wanting more.
