  • ABRIDGED & Censored! Gee, thx for telling us !

    NOT COOL! This audio version of “Hunger” is abridged and censored, but it doesn’t tell you so.

    It entirely omits certain “objectionable” or “adult”-themed passages- passages that aren’t even explicit or overly sexual.

    The producers of this podcast don’t bother to label this reading as “edited,” “censored,” sanitized, abridged, or whatever else you call this kind of fascist literature-hacking. So you don’t know that you’re missing key parts of the book. Who knows what else I missed before I ca... more
