Interesting topics and timely material for HR teams. Highly recommend!
I recently listened to the episode, How to Manage an Independent Contractor, and it had some great insights into the flexibility, demand, and expertise needed for a contractor. As a small business owner, I’ve used several independent contractors simultaneously, and needless to say - it can be difficult! I enjoy the short and to the point cadence of the podcast, almost like mini crash courses in HR.
This is a helpful podcast that offers practical and necessary advice that small businesses can’t afford to miss.
