It’s Halloween people, and boy are things a little scary. The veils are thin, but the vibes are heavy. This time of year is always both a reality check and a point of surrender, but this go round is especially penetrating.

Engaging & personable
There are a lot of similar shows out there but HTBH stands out above the rest.
Anna & Nina have the courage to be more vulnerable by peeling back further layers to expose the things we are reluctant to excavate. This is when the true currency of human connection takes place.
Have only completed six episodes so far. Each listen I’ve gained quality insight or validation.

I’m a new listener to this podcast and I’m so thrilled to have found it! The episode on fast fashion really helped solidify my feelings about shopping and how to shift to more sustainable fashion! Shout out to Nooworks! My fave jumpsuit company. Anna’s curiosity and focus on personal growth shines through - she might be my new BFF :)
One of the most connective podcasts. It’s light and funny - oh my God is the host funny - and also finds a thousand ways to introduce breakthrough ideas. Anna, the host, does an extraordinary job of bringing her listener to new places that are deep and meaningful, then knowing exactly when to come up for air and make everyone laugh. Addictive. Must-listen. X

Love these ladies!!! 🎉
A truly delightful podcast that speaks to my soul on every topic of humanness. The chemistry between these two is so organic and easy, I can’t wait for each new episode. I’m here for all the laughs and words of wisdom. If you need me, I’ll be bingeing How to Be Human pod.
As a listener of How to Be Human, this review was a long time coming. This podcast is one that will make you feel seen. You’ll leave listening with the knowledge that you’re not alone in this crazy life we’ve all been thrown into. I love that Nina and Anna dive deep into topics with distinction and perspectives that challenge what “being human” means to society, past and present. Not only are these women relatable and empathetic, they’re also approachable and authentic. Love this podcast!!
Gentle and grounded, insightful and honest. I love this podcast and the additional integration of spirituality, meditation and movement that the membership offers.
Very thankful for the dialogue around boundaries and the feelings that surface while navigating the creation and offering of them. And down with the myth of the chill girl (or was it cool/easy going whatever)! Boundary talk is increasingly ubiquitous for good reason, and I found the podcast’s take full of useful takes on how to connect with yourself and others more sincerely /authentically. Thanks!
Honest. Real. Highly entertaining and, most of all, truly helpful. The no-holds-barred back-and-forth between Nina and Anna allows the rest of us to open up our hearts and minds and look both inside ourselves and outside to the way we view others and just plain get through the often tough stuff of being human. Highly recommend.
Nina and Anna are fantastic guides and podcast hosts! I love how honest and thoughtful they are - they do a great job of building off of each other and sharing advice based on their experiences. I look forward to each new episode, knowing it will expand how I think and often make me laugh.
If you aren’t listening to this you are truly missing out. The natural banter between hosts is infectious. I grew up with one of them, and has been a best friend of mine for years. It’s insane to see her grow as a human and change so many lives including mine. Listen. You won’t be sorry.
