I’m currently listening to all of the old episodes I’ve never heard but I’m listening to them backward in time. I’m currently in April 2020 and I wish SO BADLY that I knew this existed then. I was a brand new nurse in April 2020 and experiencing more trauma than anyone should. I was a crash course at the time but didn’t know about the pod. I’m so glad I have this beautiful breath of fresh air of a podcast in my life today.

Hello!! Long time listener of 6+ years here. I eagerly await the podcast every week or two, and have listened to almost all of the episodes from 2021 onwards. This may be an unpopular opinion, but I much prefer the episodes with just Hank and John (no guest), and find myself skipping several recently due to having more and more guests on the show.
