  • The real Game of Thrones!

I’m really enjoying this. Very entertaining. I like Susan and Len’s style, and what’s also good is that there are no irritating mispronunciations! I had to stop listening to a Betwixt the Sheets episode the other day as the guest academic couldn’t pronounce Scone or Balliol properly and it was driving me up the wall.

  • Well told history

This show has well told stories of Scottish history with interesting perspectives and humor. Unfortunately, they tend to mix in modern political subtext and commentary to include negative U.S. political comments. One wouldn’t think history would require current politics. Good way to alienate the audience
