I absolutely LOVED the 05/02/23 episode titled Recovering from Trauma. Identifying your trauma, embracing it, acknowledging it, and working through it. Thank you for this- I look forward to exploring more content. As a 30-something who is STILL trying to figure it all out, this was right on time. Give it a listen!
