Feline Hyperesthesia Causes, Symptoms & Treatment with Dr. Stefania Uccheddu
Q: What would successful long-term management of hyperesthesia look like in practice?
Successful long-term management largely relies on behavioral modification and environmental adaptation, with medication used as an emergency or supplementary tool, and a plan to gradually reduce reliance on drugs while monitoring the cat's response.
