  • Boxes Gen Z in

I really appreciate the general goal of this podcast but ultimately felt like it was consistently contradictory. In one breath they’re celebrating how Gen Z is breaking out of many different societal molds but in the next breath they’re boxing them in and portraying them as “black or white”. For instance, the politics episode SO missed the mark! WHY was this all about conservative vs. liberal?! If we really believe that Gen Z is going to forge a new path for our country altogether it’s such irre... more

  • Some things change, and some things remain the same.

Like previous generations, the Gen Z people in this series express many feelings most people have experienced at their age — like not fitting in, or being ostracized because they look different. And, like previous generations, they seem to think those feelings are unique to them. Those portions of these episodes leave me thinking, “Give them time. • Could be better

I subscribed because of the name and I’m fascinated by the differences between the generations and how they behave differently. I thought this would be educational. While the interviews with young people are fine, there’s little attention paid to how different generations would see the same topic. The first episode defined the generational concepts but it seems like that’s the end— now it’s just an interview show featuring appropriately aged people. I think it could be so much more rich if they ... more

  • Fantastic insight into our future

As a dude who is knocking on the door of 50 years old, I thought it was going to be my birthright to complain about how cold it is in here and how things were better in my day. But this show about Gen Z challenges me to accept changes in our ever evolving culture. Hearing their voices and opinions gives this GenXer hope. It’s a fantastic, well written show.
