I have only listen to a handful of episodes so I am sorry if you covered this. It seems like the main application of AI have been for data inputs. I think this is helpful but why stop there. Why not try simple one job robots. For nurses boosting patients is one of the leading causes of injury even though it seems like a simple movement.
