  • Frighteningly Accurate

I have been struggling with sabotaging relationships in adult life for quite some time.

I decided to search for a podcast on trauma and this one came up. I went for a walk and put on a recent episode on 5 signs you have childhood trauma. I’ve yet to hear anything so accurate about why I do what I do and already feel like a weight is off my shoulders.

So much so I have my first 1-2-1 with Alec tomorrow.

Feels like life will be getting better from here 🙏
