    This is just the podcast I needed today. Dr. White delivered my last baby who is now 10 and as I have been experiencing the perimenopause years at the same time that I am also experiencing the teenage years! So helpful to have someone understand what I am going through. Thanks

    I grew up w Kate and she is a rockstar. Way more than I thought when we were stupid teenagers!!!!

    She’s brilliant, a great OB GYN ( I’ve been going to their practice for 25 plus years) , and truly a kind and thoughtful human. Inspirational. I’ve had therapeutic and personal interactions with Jay and he is the same…. Smart , warm, extremely helpful, and again….. a kind soul.
