  • Best Hoops Coaching Pod

I have been coaching middle school boys for several years and was looking for an edge, or at least some help navigating the challenges and isolation of coaching. Sam and TJ are incredibly insightful and I take away key pointers for coaching in every episode.

  • Fantastic Podcast for Coaches

So much great insight on these episodes. I love the mix of principles and tactics and the consistent way that they explore how to build a strong culture. I also love the humility that TJ, Sam, and Lisa exhibit in exploring different approaches. As a HS basketball coach, this is my favorite podcast to get ideas of how to grow our program.

Coaching is a thankless job that many people can’t sink the energy into with the amount of grief that comes with the job nowadays. T... more
