To find a coaching podcast which emphasizes being a transformational leader and setting our athletes up for success both in and out of sports has been truly amazing. JP and Nate do a great job of finding quality people to interview and take you on a journey with them which will lead to a better version of us as coaches and hopefully the best version of our kids as both athletes and young adults. Thank you so much for what you do. I am extremely grateful I found this podcast!
