Today I’m talking about why I hate being emotionally managed, why “you’re not ugly, you just need…” makes me want to throw my phone, and why I think faith is strongest when we stop pretending everything is fine. What if we just admit when things are ... more
Today I’m sharing a moment with my daughter that stopped me in my tracks and sent me down a bigger question. What is teaching us without ever speaking? We talk about the sky, learning through life, detours we don’t regret, and the quiet ways divinity... more
What does it actually look like to follow Christ in modern, everyday life? Not on a stage or in a miracle story, but on a Tuesday in 2026. Today I reflect on faith as a series of small, ordinary choices, why discipleship looks different for everyone,... more

Love the pod so much. The amount of friends/peers/family members/ strangers??? I’ve sent it to is… a lot. Alas, I don’t care because Julie has a mic and needs to be heard.
I look forward to GRWG every morning. Gets me through my warm up for working out AND the rest of my day.
Julie for president.
Lost my first baby this year suddenly at 36 weeks and I can relate so much to Julie. Every day I start the day feeling so sad but listening to this podcast in the mornings gives me so much hope and a boost to go through the day.
Julie blows my mind with her wit and wisdom. This is a great little corner of peace in this world.
I love this podcast. It opens up my little divinity time every day. It’s the perfect little dose every morning. Protein Propaganda has been my favorite/most shared episode to date.
This podcast feels like a conversation with a close friend. I love listening to it while walking in the hills behind my house and exulting in the beauty of a sunrise, if I can catch it (thanks for that inspo!) or nature in some form. Julie shares such refreshing perspectives since she’s spent time both in and out of religion/faith and I am so grateful to her.
