Wild & Waking is more than a podcast—it’s a sacred return to who you’ve always been. This space is for the woman standing at the edge of everything she’s outgrown. The one who’s checked all the boxes, followed all the rules, and still feels the quiet ache for something more honest. More alive. More hers. She’s begun the unraveling—of roles, expectations, and identities that no longer fit. She’s re... more

Emily is so inspiring to listen to. I love her perspective on purpose, intuition and personal transformation. Wild & Waking is one of my favorite shows to start the day with!
Lost me when she had a discussion with a guest about matriarchy and INACCURATELY defined it. Then went on to declare patriarchy was good - also INACCURATELY defining it. This was so wildly inappropriate and mismatched from the proposed purpose of this podcast. One cannot posit themselves to be some elevated spiritualist while upholding oppressive systems.
Emily is so easy to listen to! Love the interviews, but her solo episodes are fire! One of my favorite personal growth podcasts.
Listening to Emily navigate her journey of growth and healing has been so wonderful to see! She’s digging deep and forcing people to ask the hard questions about their lives, dreams, and futures!
Love how high energy Emily is! If you can get your listeners energized, you’ll have their full attention! Not only does this podcast offer great conversations with thought leaders and people who have overcome some incredible things, it also gives us a really personal look into Emily’s life! Authentic, vulnerable, inspiring, high energy, couldn’t as for more!

The show centers on personal evolution, spiritual entrepreneurship, and embodied leadership for women who are navigating a shift away from societal scripts. Episodes frequently explore burnout, nervous-system regulation, ancestral and spiritual healing, and identity reclamation, often mixing practical coaching with energetics, ritual, and storytelling. A notable strength is its ability to blend rigorous self-development with woo-leaning modalities, creating a space for listeners to imagine purposeful, values-aligned work and life. Guests tend to be authors, coaches, healers, and thought leaders who address reinvention, feminine leadership, and community-driven change, making it a compelling listen for listeners pursuing growth, resilience, ... more
