I loved this podcast. You can feel the amount of care and consideration that Josh puts into his practice and into his relationships. I love how deep the conversations go and how willing Josh is to be vulnerable and transparent about every aspect of this process.
Josh takes what sounds starts as a sports story and immediately becomes a deeply personal journey about challenging and understanding himself. The storytelling is incredible and every episode is a must listen.
