  • Amazing……again!

Marina, this is one of your best shows! Please have Troy on again to discuss the state of American education and where it seems to be going. Tamara Payne is a gift, thank you! I am re-reading your book, it’s just SO good! Marina, thanks for bringing these great minds together for compelling content.

Start by letting go of strict timelines and external expectations, then focus on small, consistent actions you can take now, like saving even tiny amounts and building a budget you can actually follow.
Your Behavior Will Be Monitored with Justin Feinstein
Q: Can you take us through what conversations you want to spark from a book like this right now?
To discuss the human side of technology and how people may interact with AI, especially concerning jobs and society.

Pay attention to your body as it tells you when you need to set boundaries, and reframe boundaries as self-preservation rather than selfishness.

Q: What is the cost of healing in silence?
The ultimate cost is our life, which is why I wrote the book, to address the shame and guilt that prevent people from healing out loud.
