Cait Donovan is a great host with amazing energy and advice. She has dynamic guests and provides real practical advice on how to prevent, manage and recover from burnout!
This podcast gives practical and thoughtful advice for burn out recovery that is immediately applicable. I appreciate the short episodes with quick exercises, and when they share major take aways from their client's burn out recovery. It helped me realize where my burn out was steaming from so I could make targeted changes, instead of thinking I needed a life makeover. I find myself recommending specific podcast episodes to patients regularly in my private practice as an acupuncturist.
Once I started hearing stories from other people who were burned out, it changed how I looked at my situation. So much value packed into this podcast.
I am beyond grateful for this podcast, and especially for the dedication and expertise Cait and Sarah bring to each and every episode. I have gained more knowledge from this podcast than I could measure and it has helped me on my journey as well as in my work providing therapy to workers who are trying to prevent and manage burnout.
I have also had the opportunity to go to their office hours and cannot recommend enough!
