I look forward to hearing these podcasts. I am working 60-85 hours a week burnt out and I feel like I have a place I can go and hear about people that are struggling like me. I’m going back and listening to the older episodes I have been listening for a few years now. I listen as I drive to and from work. You are making a difference in my life!
Thank you.
When I say that this podcast changed the course of my life it is not an understatement. I was so burnt out! Then I got coaching from Cait and kept listing to the pod and I'm in such a better place 7 months later. I'm so thankful for this amazing resource and for Cait for helping me get my life into alignment!
I’m so happy that I came across this podcast. I’ve been a long time listener, but wanted to share a review. the latest episode within two minutes of interviewing, the guest, I was able to put words to a situation that my kid is going through. This podcast is not only a resource for fried or burnt out individuals adults, but also a framework to look at human dynamics. Keep up the good work !!!!!
I’m a physician, speaker and burnout expert (with my own little burnout podcast!) so truth be told, I don’t always listen to other burnout podcasts - but this one is the exception, because it is SO DARN FABULOUS!!! Cait is no-nonsense, raw, real, whip-smart and echoes so much of my own journey. This podcast will make you think about burnout in different ways, evaluate your own values and quirks and curiosities that make you YOU. More than just a burnout podcast, it’s a window into understanding ... more
I have listened to so many of these episodes. Despite not experiencing burnout, they hit on so many life and mental health concerns. Cait nearly always makes sure to leave us with some real-life actionable step that real people can take. The Tess Brigham episode is one of my favorites! I learned so much about the perspectives of different generations. I feel like I have a better understanding of and empathy for myself, my children, even my Gen Alpha students. So worth your time!
