  • So good

I have listened to so many of these episodes. Despite not experiencing burnout, they hit on so many life and mental health concerns. Cait nearly always makes sure to leave us with some real-life actionable step that real people can take. The Tess Brigham episode is one of my favorites! I learned so much about the perspectives of different generations. I feel like I have a better understanding of and empathy for myself, my children, even my Gen Alpha students. So worth your time!
