  • Thoughtful and Applicable Guidance

This podcast gives practical and thoughtful advice for burn out recovery that is immediately applicable. I appreciate the short episodes with quick exercises, and when they share major take aways from their client's burn out recovery. It helped me realize where my burn out was steaming from so I could make targeted changes, instead of thinking I needed a life makeover. I find myself recommending specific podcast episodes to patients regularly in my private practice as an acupuncturist.
