Annoying that to get past episode 3 you have to pay, and it really isn’t cheap either! I understand that everyone needs to make a living but maybe they could have a cheaper option to pay just for this podcast for cheaper than the monthly subscription!

Never in all my time listening to podcasts have I come across this devious trick. It came up in my suggested podcasts and I gave it a listen - enjoyed the first two episodes, only to find you have to subscribe to listen to the rest! Outrageous to do that without warning you upfront. With what we know about subscription models these days it would be foolish to subscribe and risk my money. Very disappointing. First 2 episodes were good but then with no warning you have to pay a fairly hefty subscription to continue.

Great first two episodes but agree with many comments that the subscription approach isn’t transparent and despite compelling content, am not in a position to subscribe.

Loved the first two episodes but think it’s outrageous to have to subscribe to listen to the rest. Not doing that, so cheeky.

A really intriguing podcast - for 2 episodes! Like others have mentioned, it’s not clear you have to subscribe to hear the rest.

I will not subscribe to any packages as I know how devilishly difficult it is to unsubscribe. I would pay a small one off fee to listen to this compelling story, but I am not prepared to enter into any contract that requires a regular subscription.

I listen to the first two episodes without realising to listen to 3rd and any further episodes. You have to subscribe to the observer if I had known that at the beginning I would not have started the series.

No clear way to listen past ep2, other than paying? If you're going to do "early access", at least say when episodes will release

Started listening to this very engaging podcast - two episodes in and I was hooked and then the bombshell! You have to subscribe and pay to listen to the rest! Disappointed, It was not clear I need to pay to listen after episode 2 . Not transparent.

Great captivating story beautifully told. Hooked after first two episodes but now sadly have to subscribe to continue. Doesn’t make me want to. Control!

I think the content is amazing but am not in a position to pay for additional episodes and really wish they had made it clear up front that once you were hooked you would have to pay.

‘Foundling’ is still listed as subscriber only from episode 3 onwards. Why release the latest series ‘Emma’ without having the end of the last series available? I’m not going to start the new series not knowing if I’ll ever be able to finish it unless I subscribe. None of the previous series were put out like this.
