  • Filled with warmth and love

I genuinely get excited every week when a new episode is released. Nicole’s content is thought provoking and enriching. As a new foster mom, Nicole has inspired me to keep moving forward and to grow our capabilities in fostering. Finally, I love the balance she brings in walking with Jesus, but for anyone who isn’t religious you should still listen as every episode will have something for anyone!

  • Home isn’t safe anymore ep

Amazing. Thank you thank you. So often i feel I we are told as foster carers “God will give you supernatural strength to do this” (meaning loving the child in your home, ie you’ll never need to disrupt placement or use residential facilities)… so the guilt and shame when it is too much is crushing. This episode is so raw, honest and even hopeful and I appreciate both of you sharing your stories. Thank you.

I appreciate the encouragement and practicality you provide for anyone contemplating stepping into the arena of foster parenting and adopting. May the Lord bless all you’re doing!

  • Wonderful and eye opening resource!

I’m not a foster/adoptive parent, but having a longing to help this community. Having a resource like this allows so much grace into my heart that I can better be prepared for how to support an any capacity. I can only imagine the encouragement this gives parents in the loving trenches of foster/adoptive care.
