Love the show! Been addicted to it since I discovered it, got to see so many cool indies I never would have heard of otherwise thanks to this show. Great stuff!
It’s a little boring and tedious. Although they cover less conventional film fare, their opinions are seldom revelatory. Not to mention that they are an obvious ripoff of Film Junk, which I’m also not a fan.
Blatant rip-off ofthd ‘Film Junk’ podcast, even down to the font and logo. You’re better off going to Film Junk, the original movie podcast, and the best.
Everything from the logo to the intro music and the entire structure of the show is ripped from film junk. I understand being a fan and taking inspiration but this is just blatant copy cat. I’m sure there are other ways to go about making a film discussion podcast without stealing the whole vibe and aesthetic of another.
I loved Ryan's interpretation of Peter Pan 2003! First podcast I heard from you guys :)
