Excellent podcast on the Woolf’s greatest band😎
I grew up at a really great age, 12, when The Beatles hit. I can play all of their songs on guitar and they were great teachers for song structure, lyrics, and learning guitar by ear. Recently I listened to Mitch solo and his guest was talking about The Beatles solo years and of course, John and Paul were the main subject, with Richy and George on the back burner. more
Unlike the Beatles these blue moanies don’t believe in a wide range amongst the fandom and seem to hate all the Beatles releases. They sneer at most other fans, unless they’re hardcore - whatever that is. They seem to despise the 1st Generation Fans possibly because there were too many women and diversity amongst them. Spending more time bickering than attracting listeners, they clearly don’t want anyone to be attracted to the Beatles themselves or to listen to this podcast. more
Twenty-five minutes into a podcast on collecting and the hosts are still just debating the definition of collecting. The hosts are knowledgeable and the topics are interesting, but the discussions are always rambling, unfocused and repetitive. The hosts just need to sit down and outline the show in advance before hitting the record button.
