Terrible. Crapping on Paul, as usual.
As I started binging this delightful podcast, I occasionally thought: who are these blokes to criticize any Beatles song or move? Then it became: Oh, shoot, he’s right:this Paul song IS twee! He’s ruining it for me. Now, halfway through, I’m enjoying Steven and Jason bantering like an old married couple! Top ranking.
Like The Beatles I came late to this podcast. I’m now working my way through the back catalogues. This is an excellent listen. Very informative. It’s costly too. I’ve been buying a lot of the recommendations.
My earliest memory is The Beatles on the Ed Sullivan Show and my first album was Revolver; have loved The Beales ever since. This podcast is a gem, bringingmuch fascinating Beatlesaphilia delivered with great humour and teamwork. Thanks, fellas!
