这次带来的主题是如何正确走路，也许我们都听过一句话「行走坐卧都是禅」，但不解其中真义，导致也不甚在意。在我们的孩提时代，我们花了将近一两年的时间学会了走路，但从来没有人告诉我们怎样是正确的。错误的姿势使用了20多年，可能已经带来了一系列的问题。值得满怀希望的是，人体是一个复杂的系统，也许我们可以通过最基础的修正如何走路，来改善我们各种腰椎颈椎膝盖背部疼痛肥胖等各种问题~
