当纯粹的草本香气在房间里漫开时，心总是很容易平静下来。冥想的本质，是一个向内抵达的过程。而植物的香气，可以为冥想创造一个舒适的空间氛围，松开紧绷的神经，让身心在草木的气味中自然地安顿。
在这段冥想里，你不需要费力清空大脑。只是点燃一支你喜欢的香，舒服地盘坐下来，等待草木的气息一点点靠近你。气味，是直接与情绪中枢相连的感官。在冥想中，放下头脑的定义，让感官变得纯粹。允许跨越山水而来的草木频率，触碰大脑中关于自然最原始的记忆。

白露已至，夜气清凉。今晚，我们将顺应秋意，在睡前用“呬”字诀补肺气、润肺燥。
跟随呼吸，把积累的浊气一点点呼出去，让紧绷的胸腔慢慢松下来，给肺部做一次深度“清理”。身体安顿好了，睡意就会轻轻的接住你。
请提前设置好睡眠定时，让自己舒服地躺下来，闭上眼睛，开启冥想。

今天的晚安冥想，我们会一起做调理肝气的「嘘」字诀，释放白天未消化完的情绪，让肝木舒展，肝气柔顺，自然的进入睡眠之中。
