这一期的灵感，来自我在网上冲浪时刷到的一个矛盾现象："妈感"这个词，有时候是夸赞，有时候又变成一种嘲讽。
我们到底喜不喜欢"妈感"？或许这个问题的背后，其实是一个更大的课题：当女性成为母亲以后，还能很好的保持自己的主体性吗？
《母职神话》这本书，从职业身份/兴趣爱好/社交关系/自我表达四个方面，写到了女性成为母亲以后面对的挑战。
而命名自己的需求，建立"属于我的时间"仪式，重新梳理成为妈妈之前的价值观，和伴侣重新协商边界。。。这些看似很小的练习，也可以成为重建主体性的起点。
