最近有档综艺《后会友期》，把走散多年的旧友重新聚到一起，这让我重新想起"修复关系"这件事。破镜重圆是个美好的愿望，但今天想聊它的另一面：有些关系，修不回来。
亲密需要"情感安全"做底，信任像一面镜子，裂了就拼不回原样。
我从前也是个执着修复的人：爱情里做过很多徒劳的挽留，友情里试着解释但不被接受，才慢慢学会转身。
很多时候，我们以为在修复关系，其实是在对抗失去。
修复需要两个人，一个人努力不叫修复，那是执着的对自己的消耗。

前几年的一段感情破裂，陷入了自身无价值的漩涡，对自己不认同，戒断反应强烈，想见到对方，想过好好告别，想要说清楚，想归还对方的物品，想整理好对方单独的照片，交给对方处理，自己再删除，等等 。
当时也没有分析过情绪产生的原因，也没有办法消解，随着时间流逝，慢慢地放下了这段结束不够完美的关系，这几年有看过相关的视频，也有了自己的感受，天下人的情感莫不相同，总能引起共鸣。
希望大家在新或旧的关系里，都能做真实的自己，爱自己，觉察自己，对自己负责，对关系负责。
