本期节目分为上下两段——
上半段跟大家分享舒然老师自己的玄冥反应过程与解决办法；
下半段分享了最近的茶课带来的集体升级之后的一系列影响，对未来的舒然空间的一些畅想。在茶课上老师讲到：当代人的致病核心更多在精神层面，舒然空间也想要跳出只有传统中医的针刺、艾灸等物质治疗，走向身心结合的全方位疗愈。
生命就是这样，经历了风雨之后，总会赠与你彩虹，希望大家也能够在这样每日的生活里边修边行，苦乐都是礼物。

起意录一期节目时，正好赶上从大连远道而来做治疗的朋友思韵在场，这个因为情绪低落、无法专注等等自己不能解释的情绪而经常独自哭鼻子的小女孩，在第一次艾灸后却莫名笑到停不下来，这份快乐从2025年延续到了2026年；同一天，助播晶晶渡劫升级归来，身心状态也焕然一新。
