I thought this podcast was a great pairing with Eq Applied’s courses through episode 20. Episode 21 is a rant by someone named Sarah that oversimplifies many complex issues in an attempt to get people to not comply with COVID restrictions from two years ago (I think that’s the most objective description I can give it).
It’s so different than the first 20 episodes, I looked to see if it was a rebroadcast of an old episode I somehow missed from 2020.

Of all the email lists I’m on, this is one of the few I take time to read. Emotional Intelligence is such an important topic that is becoming less common, and any way to raise the maturity level of interaction with our fellow man is a good thing that begets greater things.
This is far and away the best podcast I have viewed. Justin’s ability to take data from the scientific literature and apply it in a pertinent, understandable way to every day life is unparalleled.
