Ben has such a knowledge and enthusiasm for metal it is infectious. The Podcast has a great mix of finding interesting new bands and having a real reverence for the old guard as well. He often takes very deep dives into a bands history and I really enjoy how personal he makes his relation to the music. It really showed me another side to bands like Neurosis, Candlemass and Yob. Ben’s passion for the music is incredible, I wish there where more people in the scene like him.
