  • I used to really enjoy this podcast, but then I took the next step and paid $400 for Nikki's "boundaries course" which was a waste of time and money. I felt cheated and completely unsupported during one of the worst times of my life. Now that I have been working with a therapist for a while, I can see how I was manipulated. There was also a lot of other weird stuff that happened too, like when an indigenous woman in the group asked Nikki to reconsider her use of the word "tribe" and she did nott... more

  • Transforming

We are always adapting it seems; as an elder, more than a few of these topics are still “in play” in my day to day. I’m listening hard to Nikki’s wisdom, while I have already begun to make change, navigating on topics of i.e.betrayal, loyalty and narcissism. Nikki’s astounding insight, wisdom and determination is a life-force for healing and awareness; a wake up call, especially HSP. Sensitive isn’t delicate. Thank you Nikki. From Lydia

  • Unique and nuanced

I love this show. Nikki has so much hard won , hard earned wisdom and insight. I find her podcast comforting and inspiring. I feel like she “gets me“ in a way that no other person has. I joined her “Patreon“ group and have benefited greatly from submitting a couple questions about boundary issues in relationships and receiving her answers on her live sessions.
