Four of these murders appear to be the work of an as yet unidentified serial killer known as the Oakland County Child Killer.

I just found this but have been following this case since childhood. I was 8 in 1976 and grew up in Wayne county (before moving to Oakland county in 1979), but distinctly recall the fear that gripped my parents and grandparents. Ms. Innsted’s research and presentation are impeccable; as a reference librarian, I want the facts. Hopefully, as with Michelle McNamara and the GSK, this case can finally be solved…someday.
