Dr. Rahat’s style hits home. Her outlook towards parenting is something i never thought about. There’s a lot to unlearn in parenting. Her guests are truly experts in their field n i love the amount of information they together try to pack in one episode. Dr. Michel’s episode (from Boston childrens hospital) his episode is my fav. This podcast helps parents understand their children medically, and figure out what their behavior tells about them. I listened to the episode about anxiety. Even though I’m not a parent myself, it helped me understand how to figure out if a child has anxiety and how to help him/her overcome it. I would happily recommend it to all parents.
