If you’re going to make a podcast about 80s movies then maybe you should stop pearl clutching over things! You’re reading too deep into them. You’re bringing up things that we didn’t even think of things in such away when we watched them. Weird Science episode for example!
Great hosts and great podcast!

The show centers on two brothers who-time and again- revisit 80s cinema with playful banter, deep-dive analysis, and a steady stream of nostalgia. Across episodes they explore a mix of classic and cult films, share behind-the-scenes trivia, personal anecdotes, and broader pop culture touchpoints, often blending affectionate critique with sharper observations about era-specific tropes and representations. The hosts' enthusiasm and witty camaraderie, plus their willingness to connect movies to larger cultural conversations, make it a reliable both for longtime fans and newcomers seeking entertaining-but-smart film discussion.
