This is the podcast where we watch a movie from our past that had a lasting impression on our little gay lives. If we had no business watching it - we stole our parents VHS copy and watched under the cover of night. If a diva gave a rousing speech - we memorized it and lip-synced it at a talent show. Join Scott and Pete each week for a look back at the Movies That Made Us Gay!

I listen to a lot of movie podcasts and this is a favorite. The hosts are smart and silly. This is the best combo for welcoming brilliant guests.
The films that are discussed are diverse and cross all four quadrants. I’m discovering films I had never heard of before I’m having a blast.
Scott and Pete are funny and insightful hosts and they do the research, mama. Great guests, a fabulous variety of films and more fruity references than you can shake a Judy Garland at. Your gay genes will grow three sizes. Stupid (complimentary).
I Found this lovely duo via “That Aged Well” podcast and any friends of Erika and Paul are friends of mine! There is nothing that I appreciate more than Younger Gen-Xer’s and Elder Millennials discussing the movies that made me 25% gay and 100% ally.
I was obsessed at first listen but really fell lost in love when they brought up Miss Piggy’s Lucite Heels in the Great Muppet Caper.
I’ve started listening to their library from the very beginning and making my way through all episodes.

These dudes have their finger on the pulse of my brain waves and a direct line to my gay nostalgia. Bonus points for the occasional Star Trek reference. Pure queer excellence.
I heard about you from Paul on That Aged Well. I of course had to start at the very beginning of your catalog. When I saw it was Romy and Michelle’s High School reunion, I knew I was in for a treat and had found my people!! I just finished up with Clue and yes, it’s official, I’m in love with this podcast. You guys are so great!

This show centers on revisiting films from the past through a queer lens, pairing nostalgia with thoughtful critique. Episodes frequently highlight how movies shaped LGBTQ pop culture, with playful banter, deep-dive analysis of production and legacy, and a steady stream of guest perspectives that broaden discussions beyond the movie itself. Notable strengths include a strong sense of community, guests who bring lived experiences and industry context, and a consistent emphasis on how these films influenced fashion, music, and broader media. This mix makes it engaging for listeners who enjoy retrospectives, film history, and pop-culture storytelling, often with humor and heart.
