This podcast is totally unhinged and I absolutely love it. So fun to remember all my favorite romcoms from the 80s and 90s, and also it has led me to watch some pretty terrible movies I have never seen before and then listen to the companion episodes afterwards. The hosts have great chemistry and insightful commentary, definitely worth starting at the beginning and working your way to the present day so you get to have Mikey as well!

Love the show, but I’m honestly surprised you don’t get the references in the “Labyrinth”. It’s very Authurian and European folklore traditions. The baby was going to be turned into a changeling, so yeah either changed into a goblin or replaced with a goblin dependent upon the folklore. Bowie’s character was referencing Queen Mab, the queen of the Unseelie fairies.
