  • Missing the old days.

This podcast and horror virgin were my absolute favorites. I loved the witty banter and the fun movie choices, but it’s not the same without Mikey. Paige’s personality is so loud and engaging, which is great for hosting, but it sometimes feels like she’s overpowering Todd. It’s like he’s agreeing with everything she says and has lost his own voice. And don’t even get me started on the political discussions. It’s like you’re not allowed to enjoy anything or anyone who has different views from you... more

  • 11/10 will probably hate your fav

have been following this podcast since its birth + long time horror virgin listener before that and every. single. time. they review a movie I like/have been WAITING for they absolutely rip it to shreds in the most brutal (and correct) way possible. Hilarious and entertaining every episode and great chemistry with their guests/friends🖤

  • HSM & Not Another Teen Movie

Oof, ya’ll did HSM so close to Teen Movie, so I have to say it. Chyler Leigh, the female lead of Teen Movie, once was in a movie opposite her brother (Christopher Kaymen Lee, Red In Space Power Ranger). And they did have a kissing scene.

It was so much fun but at one point I heard a weird shriek and I'm a huge cryptid nerd and I quote yelled," THATS A SQUATCH (southern accent)Needless to say my boyfriend hasn't left yet

  • Please no fluff

Updating my review in 2025: I’m still listening and I mostly love the podcast now; it has definitely evolved in a great way. My only quibble is that I need Todd to stop repeating what’s already been said. Not just what’s already been said; what was JUST said. Example: in the Date Night episode (April 10, 2025), he literally repeated what Paige said at least twice: once when he repeated who directed the movie after she just physically said the words of who directed the movie, and the second time ... more
