  • This is an excellent recap podcast. I was hoping there would be less plot summary and more cultural criticism. The episode on "Heathers," for example, was almost as long as the movie, and most of it was spent recapping the plot of the movie. I was hoping we would get a short summary, followed by a deep dive into the more problematic parts that haven't, well, aged well. I love the hosts and liked the podcast, but I unsubscribed.

My favorite is the “Steel Magnolias” episode, which made me feel less alone in my disdain for Annelle. Now that I’v... more
