Awesome
Have loved this podcast for many years: Frances is a really charming and informed host. I finally made it to Los Angeles for a trip last year and felt like I already knew so much about the design heritage and architectural future of the city thanks to DNA.
LA focused talk about design and infrastructure. It generally delves into current issues, trying to breakdown different viewpoints and motivations. Surprised by the negative comments here, bc I think the topics and content are great. It is helpful for navigating the complexities of such a sprawling city. This has yet to become the habitual listening some of my other fav podcasts have, but I've enjoyed every episode I've listened to.
Love this podcast. I’m new to architecture & have never been to LA. D&A has given me a great view on the varied world of architecture & it’s provided me with a geography of Los Angeles. That’s 2 big bonuses to fuel the imagination for any listener.
A clever and informative way of telling the story of a young major city. Bravo.
