  • Convention review

Thank you so much for the convention rundown. And ideas on how to make our constitution serve the membership better. Thank you for truly being an asset to your branch and the membership as a whole.

  • Pro current 2025 union leadership

Its ok if you want to put Renfroe blinders on listen to this podcast. Anyone can see how bad this Union president is you have to be blind and deaf not to. In my office a quarter of employees have left the union because of Renfroes incompetence.

  • Pathological liar

Why you’d give a space to this pseudo leader is beyond me…he shares our frustration?! Of course your role is different now! You left the negotiating table and lied and continue to lie about it…it’s shameful to have to call Renfroe the NALC president.

Episode 37 - Mike Caref Interview
Q: If you should happen to get elected to be our next national president, what would be your plans? What would you change to stop another Brian Renfro from rising to power in the future?
Caref responds that the solution lies in empowering the executive council, strengthening constitutional checks, ensuring oversight over the convention delegates, and moving towards a system where decisions are more transparently reviewed and accountable to the membership. He suggests practical reforms such as requiring EC approval for major agreements, promoting digital platforms for wider member participation, and reducing the influence of factional slates.
Episode 35 - Broken Step B Process
Q: So Henry, when we initiated grievance in the NALC, do you want to briefly tell the listeners what process that grievance goes through?
A grievance starts informally at the A level, then moves to formal A if unresolved, and finally can go to the dispute resolution team, i.e., Step B, if the issue isn't resolved locally.
