I enjoy listening to Jasmin’s podcast. The conversations with her guests are really insightful and Jasmin always gives meaningful tips and insights. Would recommend to anyone that is a personal growth geek or going through difficult times.
The podcast has a lot of episodes that also contain some practice in the moment - I think this is a great combination.
For me, personally I would also appreciate if you could additionally include the meditations as single episode recordings to have even better access to it in day to day life.
Thank you so much Jasmin for all the great input. I really find this podcast helpful and I am looking forward to more!
You can take some helpful tips from every episode even if you don’t identify 100% with the topic. Very calming yet not tiring to listen too. Highly recommend.
The host sounds very intelligent, kind, genuine, and empathetic. Unfortunately, I could not listen to this for more than a couple of minutes. I would highly recommend that the host join Toastmasters; The tongue clicking against the teeth between words (a habit I once had), the slow, meandering speech as if she’s trying to think of what she’s going to say next, the COUNTLESS “um”s unfortunately made this unlistenable.
