I enjoy listening to Jasmin’s podcast. The conversations with her guests are really insightful and Jasmin always gives meaningful tips and insights. Would recommend to anyone that is a personal growth geek or going through difficult times.
The podcast has a lot of episodes that also contain some practice in the moment - I think this is a great combination. more
Thank you so much Jasmin for all the great input. I really find this podcast helpful and I am looking forward to more!
You can take some helpful tips from every episode even if you don’t identify 100% with the topic. Very calming yet not tiring to listen too. Highly recommend.
The host sounds very intelligent, kind, genuine, and empathetic. Unfortunately, I could not listen to this for more than a couple of minutes. I would highly recommend that the host join Toastmasters; The tongue clicking against the teeth between words (a habit I once had), the slow, meandering speech as if she’s trying to think of what she’s going to say next, the COUNTLESS “um”s unfortunately made this unlistenable.
