The good: diverse music, a solid focus on darker stuff, good recent drone and dark ambient artists like Alphaxone, Robert Rich et c., frequent and regular releases of new episodes.
The critiques: The titles of the episodes are a little misleading: there really isn’t much ‘Avant-garde’ or ‘noise music’ in these mixes. Slower, more droney music is interspersed with (IMO somewhat cheesy) cinematic and nu-orchestral music. Transitions between these two (very different) kinds of music can at times ... more
