Lucky us! David Waldman drops us off at the end of another week, a little wiser.
How stupid is Donald K. Trump, at least in regard to his Iran war? Quite a bit! This little favor for Bibi and Vlad is beginning to get out of hand for Donald. Pete Hi... more
David Waldman and Greg Dworkin are here to tell you much more about many more things.
The Trumpiranian war continues… Not an "incursion" … an "excursion". Not a "quagmire", more of a "junket" of the sunny gulf. Not a "plan", "strategy," "policy," o... more

Love the deep dives into American politics executed with intelligence and humour.
I love hearing David’s take on the news. It’s intelligent and comical.
David Waldman helms one of the most trenchant political analysis show in the podcast game. I’ve loved this show since 2015. David Waldman is highly underrated: his dry sense of humor and impressions as he points out moments of hypocrisy has had me cracking up more times than I can count. Love the articles and the takes, and enjoy the bit of political sanity in an increasingly insane world. Joan is a great guest; wish he would start having Armando on again regularly.
With that said, I don’t necessarily get the almost over-the-top love for Greg Dworkin in some review circles. He seems... more

What I love about it is, unlike so many sources of news, gives an interesting review of the news without completely activating my sympathetic nervous system. I think Greg’s background talking to the parents of kids who can’t breath ( pediatric pulmonologist)particularly qualified him to speak about politics during the Trump Administration. Greg and David are smart and well informed. They also, with their humor and reports about dogs barking a... more
