去年11月26日，大埔宏福苑發生五級火災，造成168人死，受影響的1984戶居民正待長遠安置。今年1月初，政府透過「一戶一社工」向住戶派發問卷，收集居民對長遠居住安排的初步意願。及後，政府於2月21日公布最終定案，除未被大火波及的宏志閣外，將用68億元收購其餘七座受災樓宇的業權。有受影響的居民表示，期望政府披露更多方案細節，以釋除居民疑慮。

今年9月初，尼泊爾發生了一場大型示威及暴力衝突，是自2008年成為民主共和國後規模最大的一次全國性示威。示威由反對政府下達社交媒體禁令而起，其後演變成要求政府反貪腐和改善民生的運動。在這批反對聲音中，年輕人佔大多數，他們策劃及主導了整場示威，故這場示威亦被外界稱為「Z世代示威」。《大學線》在Discord聯絡到兩位身處尼泊爾的青年，講述示威始末。

大嶼山南部的自然生境豐富、極具生態價值，政府打算將石壁至貝澳發展成「生態康樂走廊」，計劃興建多個沙灘營地、自然步道等設施，還成立了統籌大嶼山保育工作和旅遊發展的辦事處，預計2027年底完成生態研究。記者走訪南大嶼長沙沙灘，目睹荒廢的私人營地、塵封的帳篷與滑浪板，又訪問到當地私人康樂設施的經營者，了解他們背後的難處。

今年5月，特朗普提出「積極」取消中國留學生簽證及修訂簽證標準，令多名中國學生的簽證申請被拒。惟不足三個月後，他又突然表示歡迎60萬中國學生留學美國，令中國學生無所適從，無奈成為大國之間政治博弈的棋子。
本刊記者嘗試邀約多位赴美不遂的學生接受訪問，期間遇上重重困難。幸而他們最終找到合適的受訪者，亦邀請到著名數學家丘成桐分享他對中港科研前景的看法，且聽他們的分享。

2013年，講述一名男子與人工智能發展出戀情的電影《觸不到的她》（《Her》）像天方夜譚，短短十餘年，科幻電影已成寫實。在內地社交平台小紅書上，只要搜索「人機戀」等字眼，「100個AI戀愛指令」、「人機戀甜蜜記錄」等帖文便躍現眼前。

美斯、比利等世界級球星曾在香港大球場上獻技，基督徒和慕道者也曾在大球場舉行的佈道會中坐滿四面看台。自1994年起落戶大球場的香港國際七人欖球賽，近日也在大球場上「畢業」。 隨著啟德體育園即將落成，政府計劃在今年內改建香港大球場，由本來容納四萬人的大型場地，降格成只有九千個座位的公眾運動場。
