I get it, this podcast is free but I have to admit that over the last few years it has gone from being a Chulhu and Mythos podcast to being a Shipping podcast. What do I mean by that? Short epsodes that rattle off rather dull and eventless "stories". This podcast is now little more than an advert for Felbrigg's paid-subscription audiobook downloads. It's a shame but I guess that;'s the way of the world - I'm done with it.

After many years of listening to this podcast, it occurred to me that unlike most podcasts I listen to FNH does not have sound engineers, producers, readers (other than himself), researchers, etc. However, he does such a professional job that the listener becomes fully engaged in ways that even podcasts fueled by radio stations cannot achieve.
