後半は 糖質制限。 注意点や色々なメリット、デメリット、めんどくさい事もあるよ。って話から じゃあどうやって取り入れていく？って話。 あと、暑くなってきました。 とにかく暑い！ だからって冷たい飲食や偏りに気をつけましょう。 それと！熱中症。本当に気をつけましょう！
今回のメシカラは 夏本番 今からでも頑張る人へ 「王道の糖質制限ダイエット」 の話。 ただ減らす、摂らない。 って訳でもないんだな… これも人それぞれで主義主張が違うので、漠然とやるまえに色々調べてみて下さいな。 痩せる、減らすも大事だけど 「改善」が一番大切だと個人的には思います。 今までが乱れていた人ほど効果がわかりすいかと思います。
