淳子先生の料理の理論がとても勉強になります。
ハンバーグを作る時、私は深めのフライパン内で全て完結させます。玉ねぎのみじん切りを炒めて冷やし、生ひき肉と卵、パン粉を入れて混ぜる、成形する、焼く、ソースを作る
これをフライパンひとつの中で全てやります。焼いたら生肉の白い油は溶けて旨みとなりケチャップやソースと混ぜ合わせてハンバーグに絡めると洗い物もフライパン一つで済みます。
