Chef Carla does an amazing job interviewing her guests and bringing out real, actionable gems in every episode. My favorite was “Do You Really Want to Write a Book?” The “walk away” technique completely shifted my mindset—and honestly, it’s one of the tools that helped me finish my upcoming book. Highly recommend!
I adore this podcast. Just today I went from getting inspired to relate to my brand in new ways to learning about the importance of chewing my food and how it might relate to my creativity. What? Theres nothing else like this out there.
Nourishing Creativity delivers on its name. Short episodes mean you can stack a few on a walk and come away genuinely thinking differently. Carla has a gift for drawing out creativity from multiple angles, keeping every conversation fresh and engaging. One of my favorites—Zorana Ivcevic Pringle. She offered an academic framework for creativity that made my little PhD heart sing.
I have only listened to a couple episodes so far, but I love Chef Carla’s topics so much! My best creativity happens when I slow down, contemplate, and have space in my mind. She keeps reminding us of that 🧡
pro-ai content is extraordinarily depressing as a creative. it steals our work, spits it back out without credit, and is almost always incorrect. feels so out of sync with who your audience is.
Creativity is a core value for me and my biz and it’s hard to find a podcast centered around just that! And not only catering to the art space. Every single person is creative, and can strengthen their creativity to integrate throughout so many areas of their life. So many amazing topics and guests here to help guide you!

In every episode of ‘Show Up Fully’ I learn something. Carla is passionate and you can tell that her guests have made an impact on her and therefore she wants to share what they have to offer with her listeners. A favorite podcast of mine!
I’m glad that I was introduced to Carla’s podcast. Listening to other woman who are working in their own industries or businesses has really helped me become more self aware of my own self deprecating or self sabotaging behaviors and bring more attention to what needs to change. I’ve learned so much!
Obsessed ! So informative and helpful !!!!
Refreshing perspectives and topics that have turned into a catalyst for more personal investigation. I love that this podcast is about so many things all relative to the modern woman and our everyday life. Thank you Chef Carla!
I can’t listening to an episode without smiling the whole time 💕
I have been following chef Carla for a while online (live the salad course!)and just listened to my first podcast. It was fantastic. Carla is so relatable and I’m looking forward to more episodes.
